David Palermo

David is currently studying to be a Level 2 Strength & Conditioning Coach, having already completed a degree in Human Movement and a Diploma in Sport Development.

David has been involved in the fitness and sports industries for many years, and currently runs his own Personal Training business from Elite Sports Performance and Apollo Gym, where his clients have achieved personal goals in body composition changes, overcoming injuries, sporting performance and also improvements in general health and well-being.

David has worked and trained closely with athletes from Australian Rules Football, Cycling, Rugby League, Martial Arts and Powerlifting, just to name a few.

David’s specialties include Injury Management, Mobility and Recovery strategies, Group Training, Leadership and Program Communication; with an emphasis on learning more about the role nutrition has on training and performance.
