Elite Sports Performance Strength & Conditioning sessions are a supervised exercise program designed to improve strength, power, build muscle and change body composition. This is a very unique training system that has been developed by our coaching staff. The sessions cater for people of all levels. ONLY attend if you are prepared to work! 

The sessions are designed to:

Elite Sports Performance offers up to 6 sessions per week with each session running for an hour. It is recommended you attend at least 2 – 3 sessions per week for the program to be successful. Before taking part in the sessions you will need to spend a minimum of 2 one-on-one session with an Elite Sports Performance coach, to familiarise yourself with the movements that will be performed as part of the session.
